For Corporate Transactions. We may share all of the information we collect in connection with a merger, sale, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy or other change of ownership or control.
For Legal Reasons. We may disclose any of the information we collect to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims, or government inquiries, and to protect and defend the rights, interests, safety, and security of Pickett Investment Group, LLC, the App, our affiliates, users, or the public. We may also share any of the information we collect to enforce any terms applicable to the App, to exercise or defend any legal claims, comply with any applicable law, and to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing.

If you choose to allow a third-party service to access your account, we will share certain information about you with the third party. Depending on the permissions you grant, the third party may be able to obtain your account information and other information you choose to provide. We are not responsible or liable for such third parties’ terms, policies, or actions.
Please be aware that any information you make public on our App can be accessed by other users and that neither you nor we have any control over how others will use that information. We are not responsible for the information you choose to make public.
4. Control Over Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.
Access and Correction. The App allows you to access and edit most of your basic account information directly. You can also contact us at support@thejyst.com to request a copy of your information, to update it, and/or to opt out of its processing. Because your privacy is important to us, we will ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information before we answer the above requests. We may also reject your request to access or update your personal information for a number of reasons, including, for example, if the request risks the privacy of other users or is unlawful.
Deletion. You may submit a request to access or delete the information we have collected about you by sending your request to us at support@thejyst.com. You may also terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by emailing deleteaccount@thejyst.com..
Advertising Preferences. If you would like to modify the information we and our advertising partners use to select personalized ads for you or to opt out of us and our partners using such information, you may do so by contacting us at support@thejyst.com. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes, you can opt-out by contacting us at support@thejyst.com. You can also opt out of marketing or advertising emails by using the “unsubscribe” link or mechanism noted in marketing or advertising emails.
Cookies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
Revoking Permissions. In most cases, if you let us use your information, you can simply revoke your permission by changing the settings within the App or on your device if your device offers those options. For example, if you previously chose to share precise location information, you can prevent your device from sharing precise location information (e.g. GPS location information) with the App at any time through your device’s operating system settings. However, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.
Do Not Track. Some web browsers (including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome) have a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature that tells a website that a user does not want to have his or her online activity tracked. If a website that responds to a DNT signal receives a DNT signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain information about the browser’s user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option and DNT signals are not yet uniform. For this reason, many businesses, including Jyst, do not currently respond to DNT signals.
5. Security
We use reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, please be aware that, despite our best efforts, no data security measures or method of transmission over the Internet or means of electronic or physical storage, is guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.
If you share any information with another user (e.g., as a job seeker, you may share sensitive information with an employer), you understand that neither you nor we can control what another user does with the information you share with them. Please exercise caution and good judgment when deciding how and with whom you share you information. We disclaim all liability and take no responsibility for any information you share on the App and for any user’s conduct on or off the App.
6. Children
It is a condition of our Terms of Use that all users be at least 18 years old to create a Jyst account or use the App. We do not permit users under the age of 18 on our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect that a user is under the age of 18, please contact us at support@thejyst.com.
7. Residents of California
If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your information. To learn more about your California privacy rights, visit our California Privacy Notice.
8. How Long We Retain Your Information
We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes (as described in Section 2) and as permitted by applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by emailing deleteaccount@thejyst.com. If you choose to delete your account, it will be deactivated for up to one month to give you the opportunity to restore it. After one month, we begin the process of deleting your personal information from our systems, unless:
We must keep it to comply with valid legal process asking us to preserve content;
We must keep it to comply with applicable law;
There is an outstanding issue, claim or dispute requiring us to keep the relevant information until it is resolved; or
The information must be kept for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing Users’ safety and security.
To ensure the safety and security of our users on and off the App, following termination or deletion of an account associated with a user who abused the App or otherwise violated our rules of conduct, we shall retain such information as we deem in our sole discretion necessary to ensure that such user does not open a new account in breach of our Terms of Use and to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
Warning: Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of that information may still be accessed to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by others. We cannot control this, nor do we accept any liability for this. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal information, they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies.
9. Privacy Policy Change
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy, posting the new Privacy Policy, and providing any other notice required by applicable law. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the App to stay informed of our privacy practices.
